Operation Epic Fury is now ten days in, and the world is changing fast. Iran’s new leader is already stumbling, reportedly wounded before he even gets warmed up. This is what happens when you put extremists in power—they don’t last long, especially when the free world finally stands up. For years, soft-handed politicians and their globalist masters have coddled these regimes. Now, reality hits hard.
The situation in the Middle East is explosive, and that’s exactly what the career bureaucrats in D.C. pretended wouldn’t happen. Liberals love to talk about “peace” while letting radical regimes run wild. They drew red lines, then erased them. They sent pallets of cash and begged for deals that only made our enemies stronger. Well, now the chickens are coming home to roost.
Iran’s leadership is scrambling. With their new top dog wounded, the mullahs are no doubt panicking behind closed doors. It turns out, bluster and anti-American hatred aren’t very good shields when pressure gets real. And where are the globalist elites now? Hiding in fancy conferences, wringing their hands, worried more about “climate change” than actual security threats. Maybe if they focused on protecting American interests, this situation wouldn’t be so dangerous to begin with.
Meanwhile, politicians on the left would rather apologize for America than stand tall. They make excuses for tyranny and call it “diplomacy.” This is what happens when weakness rules—bad actors take advantage, and – as we’ve seen – chaos follows. Let this be a lesson to every appeaser who thought bowing to Iran would buy peace. You can’t appease evil, you have to stop it.
America needs bold leadership, not endless debate clubs with the world’s worst offenders. Iran is already on its back foot just ten days in. Now’s the time for the West to show strength, not cowardice. The question is, will anybody in Washington actually learn from this, or will they fall back to their old, failed playbook? The clock is ticking.
