The left loves to lecture America about fairness and ethics, yet here’s a top college administrator using his position to boost someone’s private business interests. Apparently, the folks running our universities think rules are just for the little people.
This is the bitter fruit of campus culture these days—corruption swept under the rug until it’s far too obvious to ignore. Carter claims he made a “mistake,” but let’s be real: If you’re granting special access to university resources to help someone’s personal business, you know exactly what you’re doing. And if the media wasn’t breathing down their necks, would these liberal elites ever own up? Doubtful.
This isn’t just a problem with one man or one school. We see the same pattern all over higher education. The left runs these universities as their own private fiefdoms, handing out favors, wasting taxpayer money, and promoting their cronies—then acting shocked when they get caught. While hardworking families are scraping to pay tuition, these bigwigs throw out the rulebook for their own benefit. And just think: these are the folks teaching our kids about “diversity,” “equity,” and “inclusion.” Maybe they should try a course on honesty.
