Rick Jackson’s Millions Can’t Buy Real Conservative Values
Georgia’s GOP race for governor says a lot about today’s politics. There have been two real contenders all along: Burt Jones and Chris Carr. Everyone knows them. They’ve put in the work. They’ve built records voters can see. But Rick Jackson isn’t satisfied with that. He thinks a fat checkbook is all it takes to buy a seat at the table.
Jackson jumped into this race late, tossing around millions as if money is enough to create a conservative legacy. Rich businessmen like him think they can just throw cash at a state, slap the word “conservative” on a few signs, and call themselves one of us. News flash: Georgia Republicans are smarter than that. We’re not impressed by big donors who try to bulldoze their way into office without earning our trust.
The sad reality is, Jackson’s supposed conservative credentials are paper thin. Money can pay for slick ads, but it can’t cover up a lack of proven leadership. True conservatives want warriors who fight for American values, who have stood in the trenches resisting the radical Left and the globalist agenda. Jackson’s millions won’t magically rewrite his record—or lack of one.
Meanwhile, look at the candidates who actually have conservative receipts. Jones and Carr have stood up for election integrity. They’ve taken on the woke mob and fought for Georgia families. Compare that to Jackson, who parachuted into the race like a Wall Street tycoon expecting praise just for showing up.
This is what’s wrong with politics today. Too many fake conservatives and RINOs think name recognition plus money equals victory. The Democrats love nothing more than seeing GOP primaries overrun by empty suits. The left-wing media cheers on these “outsider” candidates, hoping Republicans will fall for the same tired trick. We know better.
So, does Georgia really want a governor with deep pockets but shallow values? Or is it finally time to demand leaders who fight for us, not just themselves?
