They call it justice, but lately, it’s clear the left wants activist judges to run the country instead of the people actually voted into power. Last week, yet another so-called “Obama judge” tried to tie the hands of the Department of Homeland Security with a flat-out reckless ruling. The judge’s decision was so “suspect” that even the higher courts had to step in and set things right. Imagine the arrogance—a single judge thinking he knows better than the American people and the Constitution.
It’s no surprise the liberal playbook is always the same: push activist judges onto the bench, then use their fancy law degrees and political connections to block the work our country desperately needs. This isn’t just about paperwork or legal jargon. This is about our borders, our security, and our laws. When a federal judge starts dictating policy from the bench, especially against an agency tasked with keeping Americans safe, it’s obvious that real lives are at stake.
The appeals court didn’t mince words. They demolished the flimsy arguments and sent a crystal-clear message—the rule of law still matters, even if certain judges would rather toss it out for their own progressive agenda. Frankly, it’s embarrassing that these out-of-touch judges think they’re smarter than everyone else. They’re not here to protect the Constitution. They’re here to protect liberal pet projects and globalist fantasies that have nothing to do with America’s safety.
Every time the left loses at the ballot box, they run to the courts, hoping unelected judges will save them from the consequences of their own failures. That’s not democracy. That’s a backdoor power grab. Americans see right through it. They want strong borders, strong laws, and a government that puts citizens first—not activist judges sabotaging our security for woke points on social media.
Maybe if these judges spent less time pushing their political views and more time respecting the law, America wouldn’t have to waste resources undoing their mess. But that’s the liberal way: wreck, obstruct, repeat. At the end of the day, no activist judge has the right to overrule the will of the people. When the courts have to “school” an Obama judge, it just proves how far off track the left has taken our legal system. Will liberals ever learn to respect the Constitution—or are they just too busy undermining it?
