Liberal Judges Block Trump’s Promise. Again.
Here we go again. Two Biden-appointed judges—deeply tied to the Democrat machine—have decided they know better than America. They just ruled that President Trump can’t end so-called “temporary” protected status for hundreds of thousands of Haitians. That’s over 350,000 foreigners, many of whom have lived in the U.S. for years, who get to stay simply because radical left judges have more love for globalist causes than for America’s sovereignty.
These judges aren’t neutral arbiters. They’re activists in black robes with a clear agenda: stop President Trump, no matter what the law or the voters say. Florence Pan and Brad Garcia, both handpicked by Joe Biden, have resumes stuffed with left-wing credentials. Garcia? A longtime Democrat donor, worked for Biden, volunteered for Hillary, and even challenged Trump’s border wall. Pan? Straight from the Clinton and Biden swamp—always siding against Trump, whether it’s foreign aid, labor boards, or letting illegal immigrants get commercial driver’s licenses. It’s obvious these lifetime liberals have no interest in enforcing the law as written.
Let’s get real: TPS stands for Temporary Protected Status. It was supposed to be a short-term solution, not a golden ticket to remain in the United States forever. President Trump ran on a promise to enforce our immigration laws and end the endless special breaks for people who cross our borders illegally or overstay their welcome. The American people made their choice, but now a handful of unelected lawyers in Washington think their political feelings should override the duly elected President’s decisions.
The Biden bench wants us to believe deporting Haitians is somehow cruel, as if enforcing the law is offensive. Never mind that previous presidents—yes, including Joe Biden—have used the same power to end or extend TPS as they saw fit. But now, because it’s Trump, the left will twist every rule and ignore every precedent in their crusade to keep the borders open and sabotage conservative governance. Is this justice or just another way the elite left spits in the face of American voters?
The scary truth: the American people are not running the country—the radical bench is. Liberal judges are shutting down the President’s lawful authority and siding with foreign nationals over American citizens. The only question now: how much longer are we supposed to put up with this insanity?
