Democrats just shut down homeland security and now every American family is in danger

The Democrat Party just sunk to a new low, and they’re putting every American family in danger. While Iran stirs up chaos around the world and terrorists plot attacks right here on American soil, what do the leftists in Washington do? Shut down the Department of Homeland Security. That’s right. Instead of protecting Americans, the Democrats are too busy playing politics, trying to strong-arm the Trump administration into backing off on deportations. It’s reckless, it’s childish, and it’s straight-up anti-American.

Let’s get one thing clear: we’re facing real threats in this country. Sleeper cells are lurking. Radical Islamists are experimenting with bombs in New York. Innocent people are getting shot up in bars in Texas. Even a tornado can’t get handled properly if the DHS is sitting on its hands. But the Democrats don’t care—they’re all about pandering to their woke base and open borders billionaires. As long as their globalist buddies and illegal immigrants come first, real American safety gets thrown in the trash.

ICE has the funding it needs. Deportations are rolling right on schedule, whether liberals like it or not. What’s being held hostage is the rest of our security—the TSA agents we count on at the airport, the first responders in an emergency, the people we NEED to keep us safe. Blocking them from working just to make a political statement is more than petty. It’s putting lives at risk, all for the sake of another leftist wishlist.

Meanwhile, Democrat leaders are refusing to even acknowledge the danger. They hand-wave away terrorist threats and ignore the long airport lines, the chaos, the fear. America is expected to just accept being less safe, all so the D.C. elites can pat themselves on the back for another phony “resistance” stunt. What a disgrace.

When will liberals stop shoving their destructive agenda down America’s throat at any cost—even if it means blood on their hands? The real question is, how much longer will real Americans tolerate this kind of sabotage from the very people paid to defend us?
