Washington preparing to send billions to Iran war while Americans get left behind

America is staring down another war, and the politicians in Washington are already dusting off their checkbooks. House Speaker Mike Johnson basically admits it’s not a question of if America will have to dump billions into fighting Iran, but when. The so-called “supplemental funding package” for war is now “inevitable,” they say. Translation: We are being told to accept that American wallets are forever open for endless wars abroad, no matter what.

You’d think our leaders would have learned from the disasters in Iraq and Afghanistan. But no—Washington’s establishment, cozy with globalist interests, can’t resist sticking its nose where it doesn’t belong. Every time the Middle East so much as sneezes, the Democrats—and far too many Republicans—trip over themselves to send your hard-earned money overseas. Meanwhile, our own borders are wide open, Americans are struggling with inflation, and crime runs rampant in our cities.

Liberals love to champion every foreign cause, pouring out their compassion and our cash to everyone but the American people. They are always ready to launch another “humanitarian” war, never mind the cost or the consequences. They talk endlessly about peace, yet push us closer to chaos with every reckless spending spree. They claim diplomacy is the answer, but never hesitate to back billion-dollar bombs over real solutions.

Speaker Johnson says the timeline for the new Iran war slush fund is still up in the air. That’s just code for “Get ready for another blank check.” Why are we rushing to fund another conflict while China eats our lunch, our roads crumble, and Americans face real danger at home? Washington’s priorities are upside down. It’s almost like the political class cares more about defense contractors and global power games than they do about regular Americans.

Are we supposed to keep funding endless wars while our own country falls apart? The D.C. elites may think so. Real Americans know better. Maybe it’s time for lawmakers to fight for us instead of fighting for another failed war overseas.
