Sometimes, reality smacks woke politicians right in the face. New York City’s own Mayor Mamdani has spent so much time preaching the gospel of Islamic victimhood, he seems shocked when the truth won’t fit his script. After the latest ISIS bombing attempt in the city, his carefully crafted narrative came crashing down. Instead of facing evil where it stands, he keeps spinning every tragedy as another slam against his favorite “victims.”
This is what happens when leaders care more about sounding politically correct than protecting their people. Liberal elites like Mamdani always talk big about tolerance—until someone actually gets hurt. It’s clear they’d rather cozy up to radicals than admit some threats come from within the communities they’re so desperate to defend. Two Muslim men detonated hate and terror in New York, and somehow the left still points fingers at imaginary right-wing “villains.”
It’s almost comedic, if it weren’t so dangerous. Mamdani clings to this underdog fantasy where Muslims can only be misunderstood saints—even when facts explode right in front of him, literally. The left loves to paint conservatives as fearmongers, but who looks ridiculous now? The mayor’s precious narrative just put lives at risk, and all he can do is pretend everything fits his tired story.
This is classic liberal incompetence—dismissing evil, coddling radicals, and pretending America is always the bad guy. Isn’t it time we called out this hypocrisy? While Mamdani tries to please his globalist pals and the usual parade of leftist activists, everyday New Yorkers are fed up. The people don’t need more lectures about “Islamophobia.” They need leaders with the backbone to call out hate wherever it comes from.
When will these so-called progressives admit that pandering to extremists doesn’t keep anyone safe? Maybe the mayor will finally learn that reality doesn’t care about his woke fairy tales. Or maybe he’s just too busy blaming America to notice the danger in his own backyard.
