The liberal media has done it again. This time, a so-called “intelligence” reporter decided to spread panic by sharing a video, claiming it showed China’s spies tracking U.S. military forces in Iran. Sounds terrifying, right? Turns out, the big scandal was actually happening in Atlanta… at the airport. Not Iran. Not China. Just a bunch of planes in Georgia. There’s fake news, and then there’s straight-up embarrassing.
This is the level of “journalism” Americans get these days from the mainstream media elites. They’re so desperate to paint the world as teetering on the edge of global catastrophe—especially when it comes to anything anti-American—that they don’t even bother to check their facts. One quick Google search, or even a glance at the signs in the video, would have stopped this fiasco. But facts have never stood in the way of a good anti-America narrative, especially for woke reporters who seem more interested in clicks than truth.
What’s most shocking isn’t just the reporter’s complete lack of basic research, but the gleeful way the liberal crowd pounced on the supposed “smoking gun.” For a few precious hours, they could drool over the idea that our military was being watched, outsmarted, and exposed—by our supposed betters overseas. The left never misses an opportunity to root against America. It’s disgraceful.
Let’s be honest: if a conservative outlet had made such a laughable mistake, the liberal mob would have demanded heads roll. But watch how quickly they bury this one. No endless corrections, no accountability, no shame. It’s yet another example of the two-tier standard in today’s media world, and folks are getting sick of it.
This is why Americans no longer trust the media. When “experts” can’t tell the difference between Atlanta and Iran, how on earth are we supposed to believe a single word they say? Maybe it’s time to ask: are they really that incompetent, or is all this confusion part of the plan?
