Something absolutely shocking is happening inside Iran’s radical regime, and the mainstream media just yawns. The so-called “new Ayatollah,” Mojtaba Khamenei, was never supposed to be in charge. His own late father — the infamous Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, killed in a dramatic Israeli strike — made it crystal clear in his will that he didn’t want his do-nothing son to inherit Iran’s terrorist empire. Even inside Iran’s ruling cabal, people know the truth: Mojtaba has never accomplished a thing except cashing in on his last name.
Liberals and globalists love to warn us about American nepotism — but where’s their outrage now, as an unqualified Iranian cleric gets shoved onto the throne by goons with guns? Mojtaba wasn’t even properly chosen. Iran’s little club of “experts” didn’t vote for him. Instead, the shadowy thugs from the Revolutionary Guard strong-armed their way into handing him the crown. Talk about corruption and backroom deals — this would make even Washington insiders blush.
But here’s where it gets truly absurd. As the war heats up, rumors swirl from inside Iran that Mojtaba didn’t just lose the trust of his father; he may have lost a leg — and possibly even his life — in the same strike that wiped out his old man. Some even say he’s in a coma in a Tehran hospital, clinging to life. Iranian state TV, masters of fake news, won’t say a word about it, but their weird hero worship and staged events just pour fuel on the fire. The so-called leaders of the regime aren’t swearing loyalty to a man, but to a cardboard cutout. You can’t make this up!
Meanwhile, what does the American left say? Nothing. Not a word about the chaos erupting inside the world’s number-one state sponsor of terror. They whine about American foreign policy, but when President Trump actually acts — taking down terrorists and enforcing real consequences — they roll their eyes and wring their hands. It’s pathetic. When decisive action works, suddenly it’s “too tough.” But the only thing standing between American families and Iran’s bloodthirsty regime is strong Republican leadership, not the limp-wristed apologies of Democrats.
So here’s the question every American should be asking: Iran’s murderous regime can’t even pick a leader without cheating, lying, and faking loyalty. If these are the fanatics the left wants us to “negotiate” with, who’s really delusional — them, or us? America must stand strong, because weakness is exactly what regimes like this pray for.
