It’s outrageous that in just the first 14 months of President Trump’s second term, there has been a surge in habeas corpus petitions from migrants. They’re filing legal challenges hand over fist, hoping to weasel their way out of ICE facilities. This isn’t about due process — it’s about exploiting weak spots in the system. And liberals shrug their shoulders or, worse, cheer it on, as if compassion means looking the other way while dangerous loopholes are abused.
This mess isn’t some random accident. It’s exactly what happens when left-wing activists and globalist lawyers get their way. They dream up clever excuses, turn every border crisis into a legal circus, and twist the rules until the whole system collapses under its own weight. While Americans are struggling, resources are being chewed up by endless lawsuits from people who shouldn’t be here in the first place.
Let’s not kid ourselves: this is a deliberate attack on national sovereignty and public safety.
