When will the West finally wake up? This week in Norway, three Iraqi brothers—yes, brothers—were dragged in by police after a blast shook the U.S. Embassy in Oslo. Let that sink in. Three migrants, originally from Iraq, are accused of plotting or carrying out a terrorist bombing on American soil, just not inside America this time. And this happens right under the nose of European authorities, who seem more committed to virtue signaling than actually protecting their citizens—or America’s interests.

Leftist politicians in Norway and across Europe love to preach about “open arms” immigration and multiculturalism. They insist diversity is their strength, while completely ignoring the glaring national security risks that they themselves have invited through their wide-open borders. Radical Islamic terror isn’t just a story from the past. It’s right here, right now, even in idyllic Scandinavia.

This shocking attack in Oslo didn’t happen in a vacuum. The truth is, when countries like Norway bend over backward to welcome unchecked migrant flows—no matter where they come from, or what their beliefs might be—they put all of us at risk. Who is held responsible when foreigners attack U.S. property or personnel abroad? Instead of standing with the American people, progressive governments and globalist elites are more interested in appeasing international criticism than defending their allies.

Liberals refuse to admit the obvious: bad actors use the refugee crisis as cover to infiltrate Western societies. How many more embassy bombings, nightclub massacres, or truck attacks will it take before the so-called “leaders” in Europe learn that coddling potential threats isn’t compassion, it’s madness? Will the left finally stop pointing fingers at conservatives for “Islamophobia” and start holding actual criminals accountable?
