Democrat mayor blames Israel not terrorist for shocking synagogue attack

When a terrorist attacks an American synagogue, you’d think the outrage would be fierce and united. You’d hope our elected officials would lay the blame on the one who committed the evil act. But apparently, in modern America, that’s too much to ask.

Just look at what happened in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. The mayor decided that the terrorist who targeted a synagogue wasn’t really to blame, or at least not as much as he should be. According to him, the real “reason” for the attack was that the jihadi lost relatives in an Israeli counterstrike in Lebanon. Let that sink in—this Democrat mayor is more interested in making excuses for terrorism than condemning it!

This is the twisted logic that comes from the woke left. Instead of standing for American values, some leaders would rather play the blame game and point fingers at Israel—the only democracy in the Middle East fighting against terrorists every single day. Apparently, if a jihadi’s family is caught up in the chaos of Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon, that’s somehow Israel’s fault…and by extension, America’s.

What about the victims? What about the rights of Americans who just want to worship in peace? This kind of moral gymnastics from our leaders sends the message that terror is excusable if the perpetrator feels “hurt” by events miles away. Since when did the “feelings” of a terrorist matter more than American lives?

Liberals keep telling us we need to “understand” the enemy, as if it’s our job to coddle extremists and ignore their crimes. This is what happens when you let anti-American, globalist ideology infect our cities. The left can try to justify evil all it wants, but the rest of us can see right through it. How many more American communities have to suffer before the left finally wakes up and chooses a side? Or is apologizing for terror now just part of their playbook?
