Federal judge shocks liberals by siding with ICE and shutting down leftist lawsuit frenzy

Federal judges just can’t help themselves. Here we go again: one judge decided that ICE probably made stops that skirt the Constitution. Yet, in a move that will make left-wing activists seethe, the judge refused to hand down a preliminary injunction. Why? Because, in a rare moment of common sense, he realized the plaintiffs couldn’t guarantee they’d be “harmed” again.

Liberal lawyers love dragging law enforcement and federal agents through the mud. Every week, they twist the Constitution into knots, working overtime to make sure illegal immigrants get more rights than American citizens. But when push comes to shove, even the federal judiciary saw right through their games. The so-called victims couldn’t prove any actual, ongoing threat. Sorry, open borders crowd—no jackpot for you.

Let’s make one thing clear: ICE is out there doing the job that the Biden Administration has tried to ignore. While Joe Biden turns a blind eye to the chaos at the border, ICE agents pick up the slack, stopping and removing criminals who shouldn’t be here in the first place. Yet, whenever they do their jobs, leftist groups leap into action, crying about “rights violations” for people who broke the law before they ever set foot on U.S. soil.

The irony is staggering. Liberals scream about public safety but attack the good men and women risking their lives to enforce it. They want to tie ICE’s hands with endless lawsuits, but when the courts say “no,” they throw a tantrum. The globalists and anti-American elites don’t want borders, don’t want laws—they just want more chaos and control.

So, are we really supposed to believe illegal immigrants deserve ironclad legal protections while Americans pay the price for open borders? Don’t count on it. The judge’s refusal to kneecap ICE is a rare victory for law enforcement and common sense. Maybe the real question is: when did protecting our country become so controversial?
