Michigan synagogue attack proves open border policies put Americans at risk

Once again, the open borders crowd has something to answer for. Americans woke up to more grim news out of Michigan: a brutal assault on a synagogue, carried out by a Lebanese immigrant with a history of hatred in his heart. This wasn’t some random act of violence—it was a targeted attack, aimed squarely at the Jewish community. When officials describe it as fueled by hate and revenge, you can bet they’re telling half the story. The real problem starts with policies that invite chaos from across the globe right onto American soil.

For years, conservatives warned that letting anyone waltz into this country with little oversight was a disaster waiting to happen. The elites called it compassion. But how compassionate is it, really, to put Americans—especially religious minorities—directly in harm’s way? Time and again, innocent people become victims of the left’s reckless experiments in “diversity” and “inclusion.” When exactly will they admit that some people simply don’t share American values or respect for life?

The silence from liberal politicians is deafening. Where are the passionate press conferences after this attack? Why isn’t the mainstream media tearing apart every inch of this suspect’s background, like they do when the narrative suits their agenda? Perhaps because it’s inconvenient to point out that importing people from unstable regions—without proper screening—brings those same conflicts and hatreds straight to our neighborhoods.

What’s really infuriating is how quickly officials will blame “guns” or “American extremism” when there’s a shooting, but suddenly get tongue-tied when the attacker is an immigrant with a clear motive against Jews. No talk of banning axes or closing borders. No, that’s too politically incorrect for the ruling class to handle.

Americans deserve leaders who put their safety first—regardless of who it offends. Importing hate is not “progress.” It’s negligence. How many more times do American families, and faith communities, have to pay the price for liberal incompetence? Maybe it’s time to stop worrying about who gets called “xenophobic” and start worrying about who’s protecting our children and our values.
