Six US heroes lost in Iraq while Washington ignores the real crisis

America just suffered an unthinkable loss. Six brave airmen are now gone after a U.S. Air Force tanker went down over Iraq. These weren’t just names on a list—they were sons, fathers, friends, and patriots who suited up to serve a country that’s supposed to have their backs. Too many on the left seem numb to this kind of tragedy. Maybe that’s because they’re too busy defending open borders, sending blank checks to globalist projects, or apologizing for American strength.

Why are our men and women still risking their lives over the desert sands of Iraq? What do we honestly gain from stationing Americans in a region where Washington can’t even decide whose side we’re on? Yet, the permanent war machine keeps churning, sending fresh faces overseas while bureaucrats in Washington and woke generals on TikTok pat themselves on the back. It’s time to ask what our “leaders” are really fighting for—because it sure doesn’t look like America’s interests anymore.

There’s something deeply wrong when American aircrews are getting killed in a country that can’t figure out its own security. The same politicians who can’t keep our southern border secure are perfectly happy to keep our troops in harm’s way thousands of miles from home. Where’s the outrage from the so-called anti-war Democrats? Silent as ever when a tragedy doesn’t fit their narrative. They’ll throw a fit if you deport a criminal alien, but six dead American airmen? Crickets.

These deaths are a gut punch for every family praying for their loved one’s safe return. But they’re also a wake-up call for a country slipping into globalist groupthink. Leaders are too busy bending the knee for international approval or virtue signaling about climate “justice” to remember what patriotism means. American families are paying the price, while insiders play games with soldiers’ lives.

Enough is enough. Every single American death overseas should be a blaring alarm—not just another page to turn. If our leaders can’t explain why we’re in these endless foreign entanglements, then maybe they shouldn’t be in charge. How many more have to be lost before someone in Washington actually puts America first?
