America’s skies are a mess, and anyone who’s dared to board a plane in the last few years knows it. Long gone are the days when air travel was civil, maybe even enjoyable. Now, between airport delays and annoyed passengers, it feels like chaos at 35,000 feet. The only thing more common than late flights is out-of-control behavior, and one airline has finally decided they’ve had enough.
United Airlines has stepped up where others have caved to the loudest, most disruptive flyers. Instead of turning a blind eye to those who think the rules don’t apply—those who act out, hog overhead bin space, or refuse to follow crew instructions—United is cracking down. They’ve updated their terms, and now, this airline will not let spoiled, entitled passengers ruin travel for everyone else. It’s about time. For too long, airlines have been catering to the “me first” crowd, while average Americans just want some peace and order.
We shouldn’t even need new rules; basic respect should be common sense. But in this new world of snowflake tantrums and “my truth” nonsense, it’s gotten out of hand. Every flight seems to risk turning into a viral meltdown. Why? Because for years, the left has told people their feelings trump everything else. That mindset is now invading our airports, where flight attendants end up as referees between bickering giant toddlers in business suits. Enough is enough.
Liberal policies have turned public spaces into battlegrounds of entitlement, making every rule a “suggestion” and every inconvenience a cause for protest. The rest of us are left to pay the price—literally—with higher fares, stricter security, and more headaches, all because no one is willing to tell the troublemakers to act like adults. United’s move actually rewards decent passengers who just want to get to their destination without witnessing a circus in the cabin.
Finally, some backbone from a major company. If only our government showed half as much nerve when dealing with unruly behavior—whether it’s in the skies, on our streets, or at our borders. Common sense and personal responsibility are making a comeback, at least 35,000 feet above liberal nonsense. Wouldn’t it be nice if the rest of the country followed suit?
