Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the country’s so-called Supreme Leader, caught a one-way ticket out of this world thanks to U.S. and Israeli action last month. Americans barely had time to shrug before Iran scrambled to prop up a replacement, his son Mojtaba Khamenei, trying to keep the smoke and mirrors going.

But here’s the real kicker: now, rumors are circulating that Mojtaba is either dead or in a deep, irreversible coma. You can’t make this up! The regime is acting like a mafia family, passing power down the bloodline, and now it looks like the new boss is already rotting away.
