Lebanon begs for help while shielding Hezbollah and blaming Israel

The Lebanese government is pushing for a ceasefire in the war between Israel and Hezbollah, pretending that they’re looking out for innocent civilians. Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands have been forced to flee their homes in Lebanon, all because Hezbollah refuses to stop threatening Israel with rocket attacks. Instead of demanding accountability from the terrorists living next door, Lebanese officials stretch out their hands, desperate for the world to save them from a mess of their own making.

Here’s the real story: Hezbollah, backed by Iran, keeps launching violence, hiding among the people of southern Lebanon, and daring Israel to respond. Every rocket, every act of aggression, brings new suffering—yet the left and these so-called leaders keep blaming Israel for defending itself. When a country is attacked, it has a right—even a duty—to protect its citizens. But somehow, liberals and globalists never want to admit that. They’d rather wring their hands over “displacement” than name the real cause: radical jihadists who thrive on chaos.

Let’s not kid ourselves. If Lebanon really cared about preventing civilian suffering, its leaders would crack down on Hezbollah instead of begging for ceasefires the moment fighting gets tough. This isn’t humanitarianism—it’s a PR move. It’s cover for terror, plain and simple. And as always, the usual crowd of Western politicians and news anchors rushes to reward weakness and blame Israel for every consequence of Hezbollah’s actions. This is the upside-down world the radical left created.

Think about it. Why does every crisis in the Middle East always turn into another excuse to attack America’s allies and excuse the world’s worst actors? The liberals in Washington and Brussels never met a terrorist they couldn’t “understand.” They bend over backward to protect Hezbollah’s reputation, and by doing so, they put both Israeli and Lebanese families in danger.

If the global elites and their lackeys cared at all about peace, they’d support Israel’s right to eliminate terror at the source—once and for all. Maybe it’s time the Lebanese government looked in the mirror instead of playing the victim. If you want peace, don’t coddle terrorists. Isn’t it about time someone said so?
