Liberals’ new hero Judge Rowan Wilson is turning criminals loose while families pay the price

There’s a new favorite among liberals these days, and his name is Judge Rowan Wilson. The so-called “chief” of New York’s highest court seems less interested in protecting law-abiding citizens and more focused on making life easier for criminals. While everyday families worry about crime, Judge Wilson bends over backwards finding ways to let offenders walk free. This is what happens when woke ideology infects our institutions—justice gets sidelined, and criminals get coddled.

Under Judge Wilson’s lead, the courts have turned into revolving doors. Repeat offenders know the game: Commit the crime, get a slap on the wrist, and head right back onto the streets. All the hard work done by police officers gets tossed out the window by judges like Wilson who would rather pat criminals on the back than keep neighborhoods safe. It’s backwards. Law and order are getting thrown in the trash while liberal elites in their penthouses cheer “criminal justice reform.”

Here’s the ugly truth: every time Judge Wilson cuts criminals loose, decent people pay the price. Families trying to get by are left hoping they won’t become the next victims. Small business owners worry if their shops will be looted again. Meanwhile, Wilson and his pals claim they’re standing up for justice. Apparently, “justice” now means bending over for the thugs while the victims are left with nothing.

This isn’t compassion. This is lunacy. Caving to radical activists who see criminals as victims only feeds the chaos. It sends a loud message: obeying the law makes you a sucker. No wonder criminals feel emboldened. They know that the so-called justice system, under Wilson’s leadership, is more worried about their “rights” than our safety.

At some point, real Americans have to ask: whose side are these judges on? Liberals can keep making excuses, but every “progressive reform” seems to punish the innocent and reward the guilty. That’s not justice—it’s a slap in the face to every hard-working citizen. How much longer will we put up with leaders like Rowan Wilson destroying the backbone of American safety and common sense?
