It seems like Washington liberals just can’t help themselves—whether it’s sneaking around with their staff or blaming everyone but themselves for the chaos they cause. And now we see former Senator Kyrsten Sinema, the “independent” sweetheart of the media, making waves for all the wrong reasons. She’s now wrapped up in a messy legal fight, admitting to a romance with her own security guard. It’s hard not to wonder how many taxpayer dollars went into protecting her while she snuck around behind closed doors.

This is the same Sinema who loved to play both sides, cozying up to globalist elites while pretending to represent the people back home in Arizona. Now we learn she got involved with a married member of her own security team—all while serving in Congress. The man’s ex-wife is pointing fingers at Sinema for wrecking their marriage, but of course, Sinema claims she’s not to blame. Typical liberal double-standards. They want power, privilege, and a free pass for whatever messes they leave behind.

The hypocrisy here is stunning. Liberals love pushing their “feminist” image and lecturing everyone else about “morality,” but the second they get called out for their own affairs, suddenly they’re victims. Sinema’s dodging responsibility, just like every self-serving Washington insider who thinks the rules don’t apply to them. If this story was about a conservative, the liberal media would be screaming for resignations. But when it’s one of their own, they pretend it doesn’t matter.

This also shows the utter lack of respect for the institutions they’re supposed to serve. At a time when Americans are worried about border security, rising costs, and new threats from abroad, Washington’s elite class is busy chasing their own personal drama. If Sinema had spent half as much time keeping her promises to Arizona as she did playing around with her security staff, maybe she’d still be in office.

You have to wonder, how long will Americans fall for this act? The left says they care about families and transparency—yet here we go again. More lies, more broken homes, and more dodging the consequences that every regular American would face. If this is what “independent leadership” looks like, it’s no wonder faith in government keeps dropping like a stone.
