Hollywood just can’t help itself. Whenever there’s a fancy awards show with glitter and gold, you can bet the millionaire celebrities are lining up to lecture average Americans about what to think. Instead of saying thanks or celebrating the hard work that actually went into creating films and TV shows, these people act like the stage is their personal soapbox for every liberal cause under the sun.
Now, even Sharon Osbourne—someone who’s spent years in the entertainment spotlight—is speaking up and telling the Hollywood elite to stop the preaching. She’s not wrong. Regular people, the folks who really keep this country running, are fed up with these self-important speeches. After a long day of work, the last thing anyone wants is to be scolded by actors who have zero idea what life is like in the real world.
Why do these stars think their opinion matters more than yours? If they had any self-awareness left, they’d realize no one tunes in to hear about radical climate schemes, woke gender politics, or whatever globalist fad is trending this week. People want entertainment, not a sermon from millionaires who whine about America while living behind gated walls and private security. Do they think spouting the latest leftist talking point on live television makes them heroes? Please. All it does is prove how out of touch they really are.
The hypocrisy is stunning. Some of these celebrities rant about injustice while wearing dresses worth more than most American families make in a year. They cry about “inequality” with diamond necklaces around their necks, sipping champagne between takes. Real Americans aren’t fooled. The Hollywood clique looks down on flyover country and then acts shocked when regular folks roll their eyes and tune out.
Sharon is saying what everyone else is thinking: keep your politics to yourself. Entertain us—don’t try to run the country. Maybe if these celebrities spent more time using their talents and less time telling the rest of us how to vote, Americans would start watching their shows again. But if Hollywood can’t give “Joe Public” a break, maybe it’s time we gave these pampered elites the one thing they really can’t stand—our silence and our remote controls pointed somewhere else. Isn’t it about time we stopped letting the woke mob ruin everything?
