When America’s so-called “leaders” can’t stop themselves from running off to start another war in the Middle East, true conservatives get stuck cleaning up their mess. Now, thanks to old school, neocon thinking about Iran, one of the best “America First” champions out there, J.D. Vance, is getting dragged through the mud in the 2028 race. And who’s to blame? The usual suspects: D.C. elites, globalist schemers, and spineless politicians who never met a regime change war they didn’t like.
The left loves playing games with American lives—then they pretend to care about our troops or the price of groceries later. But folks out in the real world are tired of watching their sons and daughters shipped off to die for “democracy” in countries most people can’t even find on a map. Vance was one of the few new voices in the debate, standing up and saying what most Americans think: Let’s stop wasting blood and treasure in endless overseas disasters. That takes guts. The D.C. establishment hates it.
Now, instead of focusing on our own country—on our crime-ridden cities, broken supply chains, and a border so wide open you could drive a tank through—it’s back to sending billions to foreign dictators and getting American soldiers killed for nothing. Meanwhile, the Democrats and their globalist pals have the nerve to act surprised when people are sick of business as usual. All they really want is to keep their own pockets lined and prop up their favorite “allies,” no matter the cost to working families in Ohio, Tennessee, or anywhere else that doesn’t have a fancy cocktail bar.
You can already hear the talking heads on cable news barking about “defending democracy” in Iran or wherever the next target is. Regular Americans just want to know why gas is hitting five bucks a gallon and why every paycheck seems smaller than the last. The D.C. crowd never tires of the same old scheme: distract everyone with another “must win” war while they ignore the actual needs of their own country. Vance said no more. That’s why they’re all out to get him.
Why is it so hard for America’s leaders to put their own citizens first? Why do they keep letting the global elite pull the strings while families at home pay the price? Maybe the real threat to our future isn’t in Tehran or Baghdad. Maybe it’s the cowards and warmongers right here, doing the bidding of foreign interests—and destroying anyone who dares to speak out. Isn’t it time real conservatives start fighting back and remind this country what “America First” is supposed to mean?
