Hollywood finally had to sit up and listen this week, and it wasn’t because of another pointless speech about climate change or the wonders of socialism. Instead, the Oscars delivered something truly shocking — an open declaration of faith. Michael B. Jordan, after winning Best Actor for his role in the wild, over-the-top vampire musical “Sinners,” decided to give credit where it’s actually due. He praised God. In front of the woke mob, the cameras, and the self-important Hollywood elites, he lifted up the Almighty. Imagine the panic in the control room!
It takes real guts to speak out about faith in a place as godless as modern Hollywood. For years, Tinseltown has mocked traditional values, turned its back on everyday Americans, and done its best to erase any mention of God or country. This is the same crowd that cheers on whatever twisted trend comes out of the leftist think tanks, yet shudders at the thought of someone actually being thankful to their Creator. That’s real hypocrisy.
And just look at what Jordan was honored for — a dual performance in a vampire musical horror film. So, it’s fine to celebrate demonic themes and blood-soaked entertainment, but lip service to the Creator is considered risky. The same crowd that loses its mind over a flag on the Oscars stage now has to clap for a man who put God above Hollywood egos. Somewhere out there, the usual anti-faith commentators are probably foaming at the mouth.
This small, powerful moment stands out because it hints at the values the globalist elites want to destroy: gratitude, humility, and acknowledgment of a higher power. These are the foundations of America, not the socialist garbage or empty activism that’s turned so many award shows into cringeworthy lectures. While the left keeps pushing God out of the public square, Americans of faith keep showing up, refusing to be silenced.
Let’s be real. Hollywood is terrified anyone might remember what made this nation great in the first place. Faith, family, and freedom — these are dangerous ideas to the crowd running the show in California. Michael B. Jordan’s act was a spark in a dark room. Maybe it’s time conservatives in every corner of America do the same. When God is good, no woke sermon can drown that out. How much longer will Hollywood keep trying to hide it?
