Oscars go woke again Hollywood elites demand peace in Gaza while ignoring struggling Americans

Hollywood’s Oscars circus has wrapped up another year, and once again, it wasn’t about movies at all. It was about virtue signaling, leftist propaganda, and out-of-touch celebrities acting as if the rest of America cares about their political rants. This year, some big names didn’t just protest against Trump and his border policies—they took it a step further, turning the red carpet into a platform to push “peace in Gaza.”

That’s rich, coming from an industry that’s more interested in global activism than supporting hardworking Americans. Instead of thanking the country that gave them their fame and fortune, these pampered stars demanded America “do more” for faraway strangers. It’s as if they forgot—as usual—that the United States has done more for world peace than any nation in history. Maybe they should spend less time on grandstanding and more on fixing what’s broken here at home.

Liberal Hollywood types love to shout about compassion—at least when it serves a trendy cause. But where is their compassion for American farmers, small business owners, and middle-class families crushed by gas prices and a chaotic border? It’s never about Americans with them. It’s always about supporting whatever makes them look enlightened on social media to their overseas friends.

And let’s not miss the hypocrisy. These celebrities have no problem jet-setting to awards shows in private planes, burning more fuel in a night than most patriotic families do in a year. Yet they see themselves as world leaders, wagging their fingers at real Americans for not doing enough to fix conflicts half a world away. They’ll protest for peace in Gaza but won’t say a word about rising crime in our own cities or American veterans sleeping on park benches.

Americans are tired of being lectured by the self-righteous Hollywood elite. When will these stars trade their fake empathy for real action here at home? Maybe that’s the Oscars speech America actually wants to hear—but don’t hold your breath.
