It looks like the woke crowd just suffered another blow. The head of the Kennedy Center, a so-called “interim director” appointed during the Trump administration, is out the door. Maybe he hoped to secure permanent power by cozying up to left-wing elites, but now he’s stepping down—just months after targeting anyone who stood for basic American values.
This is the same official who caused outrage last year when he fired the founder of The Western Journal for standing up for biblical values. Apparently, holding a traditional, faith-based worldview is now a crime in the eyes of arts bureaucrats. Like so many in D.C.’s ruling class, his true priorities were exposed: silence Christians, appease globalists, and punish anyone who refuses to bow to the woke religion.
The Kennedy Center should be a symbol of American greatness, not a playground for leftists trying to erase our culture and beliefs. Millions of Americans believe in the Bible and the Constitution. But for too long, liberal elites have treated them like outcasts—quick to fire, shame, and shut up anyone who won’t parrot their radical agenda.
Let’s be honest. This isn’t about “tolerance” or “inclusion.” It’s about control. These people will trample on freedom of speech and religious liberty, just to protect their cushy jobs and guard their sacred institutions from conservative influence. But when they come after patriotic, faith-driven Americans, they always trip over their own hypocrisy.
The resignation of this Kennedy Center boss proves what we’ve known all along. Sooner or later, the people who attack Christians and shun tradition get exposed. Maybe the lesson here is simple: if you hate American values, you’ll never lead America’s institutions for long. How much longer until the rest of the swamp gets drained?
