Once again, activist judges are playing games with our health and freedom. Liberals on the bench just don’t know when to stop. Case in point: Judge Murphy took it upon himself to block the Trump administration from making common-sense changes to America’s vaccine policies. That includes the recent overhaul of the childhood vaccine schedule – changes that millions of parents have been clamoring for. The Trump team tried to step in and protect our children and medical rights, but the leftist judicial machine moved to stop them.
Then, in a real slap in the face to anyone who still believes in fair play, another judge wasted no time issuing an ACIP order just hours after an appeals court overturned Murphy’s Department of Homeland Security ruling. What a circus. It’s like these judges can’t stand the thought of conservatives winning even the smallest battle for freedom and parental rights.
Why do liberals love unelected judges making decisions for American families? Probably because they know their radical policies don’t stand a chance with voters. So they sidestep democracy, run straight to the courts, and let globalist interests call the shots. Parents are shoved aside. Local control gets tossed out the window. And children? They’re just pawns in the left’s never-ending war on tradition and accountability.
No one elected these judges to rewrite science, public health, or basic American values. But that’s exactly what’s happening. Every time the Trump administration fights back and tries to restore sanity, some far-left judge comes swinging in to block it. First, they tried to tie Trump’s hands on border security. Now, they’re blocking his ability to put families first when it comes to vaccines.
How much longer are Americans going to stand by while a handful of activist judges run roughshod over democracy? Maybe it’s time to remind these out-of-touch elites: the American people—not unelected globalists—should have the final say over their children’s health and future.
