Cuba is in chaos and, once again, the so-called “experts” in the mainstream media are lining up to lecture us all. Isn’t it amazing how all these liberals who have never set foot on the island suddenly know everything about what’s going on there? They talk a big game but ignore the basic facts that any honest observer could see. Instead, they just repeat whatever their anonymous sources whisper to them behind closed doors. Haven’t we seen this show before?
Anyone with a memory longer than a TikTok video should remember what happened in Venezuela. The establishment media got every detail wrong, running with wild rumors as if they were gospel. They turned speculation into “breaking news” and made fools of anyone who trusted them. Now they want us to sit quietly and clap while they do the same thing in Cuba? Not a chance.
Let’s be clear: real conservatives aren’t going to fall for it. Too many smart folks have sat back and watched the world burn because coastal elites said, “Trust us.” Well, look where that attitude got Venezuela. Socialist leaders turned the country into a disaster zone. Their buddies in the American press covered for them every step of the way. Who will they apologize to when Cuba spirals out of control? Will they finally admit they don’t have a clue? Don’t count on it.
What’s really happening in Cuba isn’t nearly as complicated as leftists would have you believe. The people are desperate. The regime is brutal. And the globalist elite can’t decide whether to root for the communists or pretend to care about human rights. Meanwhile, their “news” coverage is a wild mix of half-truths, recycled talking points, and random theories from Twitter. It’s not journalism; it’s theater.
The left loves to lecture about compassion and justice, but when communism fails in real time, they scramble to explain it away. Don’t let them. Americans need to stand against the lies and demand honesty. Are we supposed to trust the same media that cried “Russian collusion” for years and got nothing right?
