When it comes to Democrat politicians, you’d be hard-pressed to find any willing to give credit to anyone from President Donald Trump’s administration. Most of them act allergic to common ground, obsessed with pushing their pet proposals and hurling insults at anything even remotely pro-America. Yet, out of the blue, here comes Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania—a guy whose party considers Donald Trump and his allies evil incarnate—publicly admitting there’s a Trump official he actually likes. Talk about giving the DNC a collective meltdown.
It happened during a chat with Sean Hannity, which probably sent the woke left running for their safe spaces. Fetterman revealed that, unlike the rabid anti-Trumpers he works with every day, he’s found a member of Trump’s administration he gets along with. For a Democrat, that’s practically treason in the era of Joe Biden’s twisted crusade against any voice of reason. Suddenly, Fetterman looks more genuine and relatable than the entire progressive leadership rotting away in Washington.
Let’s be honest—Fetterman has shown more spine and sanity here than 99% of his Democrat colleagues. The party of “tolerance” usually can’t tolerate so much as a handshake across the aisle unless it suits their ridiculous agendas. Democrats love to talk about “unity,” but heaven forbid one of them actually admit there’s a decent person among Republicans. Fetterman, whether by accident or an accidental moment of clarity, just exposed the D.C. Left for the childish hypocrites they are.
Watching liberals spiral over one of their own daring to say something remotely positive about anyone in the Trump orbit is better than cable news. It’s a peek behind the curtain of a party terrified of the truth: Trump’s policies actually worked, and his administration was filled with serious, patriotic Americans who cared about the country—not the latest globalist scheme or identity politics flavor of the week.
So, why is it so earth-shattering for a Democrat to admit getting along with a Trump official? Maybe because sanity is so rare among today’s left-wing elite that when it pops up, it terrifies them. Maybe it’s also a sign that even liberals are getting sick of the endless culture wars, double standards, and anti-American nonsense from their own team. If Fetterman, of all people, can break out of the hive mind, what’s stopping the rest of them? Or are they just that addicted to the circus?
