Senator Rand Paul did something gutsy—he called out Senator Markwayne Mullin right in the middle of a high-stakes hearing. And why? Because when America’s security is on the line, no one should get a free pass, even if they have an “R” after their name. Paul raised real concerns about Mullin’s judgment. Some folks don’t like that. But when the country’s overrun with illegal crossings, fentanyl pushers, and cartel violence—all enabled by years of liberal incompetence—you’d better believe we need officials who don’t lose their cool under pressure.
