America steps up as allies dither while Iran threatens the world’s oil supply

Once again, America steps up when the world is on fire—and, as usual, our so-called “allies” drag their feet until the threat grows too big to ignore. After endless whining and hand-wringing, six nations finally decided they should maybe help the U.S. patrol the Strait of Hormuz. It took days of dithering while Iran openly threatened the world’s oil supply. Does anyone else see a pattern here? When danger knocks, the liberals hide and hope it goes away. Meanwhile, America has to play the adult in the room.

Let’s not sugarcoat this: the only reason these countries stepped up is because they know the global economy would tank if the Strait of Hormuz was shut down. Iran’s regime has been itching for a test of Western resolve. And what do the globalists do? They beg, plead, and “negotiate,” giving Iran more time to plot, instead of showing real strength. This is the mess you get from years of leftist appeasement and spineless foreign policy.

The Strait of Hormuz is like the world’s gas station door. If it closes, you can kiss stable markets—and your wallet—goodbye. That’s why dictators like Iran are always poking at it, seeing who will blink first. Weakness invites threats. The American people know it, but liberal elites are too busy worrying about hurting feelings to protect everyday citizens.

Now these six nations have to pretend they’re on board with defending freedom, but let’s not kid ourselves. If America didn’t force the issue, nothing would get done. The left keeps dreaming of a borderless world and friendly handshakes, while America is left holding the line in the real world—again. Our so-called partners want security, but expect the U.S. to pay the price and bear the risks.

Maybe next time, instead of bowing down to international critics who care more about bad headlines than safety, our leaders will do what’s right from the start. America leads, the globalists follow, and the liberals just complain from the sidelines. Isn’t it time the rest of the world grew a backbone—or are they content to ride America’s coattails forever?
