They practically threw a fit as the Deporting Fraudsters Act squeaked through, with barely enough votes to pass. Why all the drama? Because this bill goes after criminals who cheat the system—criminals the left apparently wants to protect.
Let’s be honest: millions are tired of watching our borders turn into a revolving door for fraudsters and con artists. But Democrats seem more interested in defending bad actors than defending the hardworking, honest people they represent. They see any serious attempt to crack down on crime as an attack on their twisted, open-borders fantasy. The American people deserve better than this reckless disregard for our laws.
Rep. Dave Taylor of Ohio had the guts to stand up and say enough is enough. His bill aims to do what Democrats won’t—kick out those who abuse our generosity and undermine our country. You’d think that would be common sense. Not in today’s Democrat Party, where pandering to globalist interests and lawbreakers is routine business.
Just look at the numbers: nearly every Democrat in the House voted against targeting fraud, sending a message loud and clear to every criminal watching. Liberals love to talk about compassion, but what about compassion for law-abiding citizens? What about protecting our resources for those who actually follow the rules?
