Democrats panic as Senate debates banning noncitizen voting Republicans fight to save US elections

Senators are finally being forced to do their jobs this weekend, debating the SAVE America Act — a bill so basic and so vital: stopping noncitizens from voting in our elections. It shouldn’t even be a debate. If you’re not American, you should not vote. Period. But here we are, because Democrats and their globalist buddies will do anything for a few extra ballots, no matter the cost to our country.

Republicans are working overtime to nail down the best approach to make this commonsense law happen. They shouldn’t have to strategize just to keep something so obvious from being steamrolled by the left’s endless schemes. Liberals act like asking voters to be US citizens is offensive. They say it’s “discriminatory,” but what’s really discriminatory is letting foreigners cancel out the voice of hardworking Americans.

Why, exactly, do Democrats have a problem protecting our elections? Anyone with sense knows the answer. The open borders crowd is desperate to give every new arrival a stake in America – even if it means shredding what it means to be a citizen. They twist themselves into pretzels defending illegal voting and then cry foul when the American people demand accountability.

This isn’t about saving democracy, like the left tries to claim. It’s about rigging the system to keep themselves in power. The SAVE America Act stands for something the radical left can’t stomach: American citizens running America. It terrifies them because they know their policies are unpopular with the people who actually belong here. So, of course, they want to pad the rolls with anyone they can, no matter the law.

Watching the Senate forced to debate whether noncitizens should vote is like watching someone ask if water is wet and fire is hot. The answer couldn’t be clearer. The only question is—how many Democrats will betray their own country just to cling to power?
