The political theater in Washington hit a new low this week as top officials from the Department of Justice did exactly what most Americans have been begging for—they finally showed up, after hours, behind closed doors, ready to answer every tough question about those infamous Epstein files. You’d think this would be the moment the so-called champions of “transparency” on the left—who never stop preaching about accountability—would jump at the chance to get real answers. But no. The Democrats, instead of doing their jobs and pressing for the truth, threw yet another childish tantrum and stormed out before the real discussion had even started.
Let’s be honest: this is what we’ve come to expect from today’s Democrat party. The moment things get real and uncomfortable, they bolt for the nearest exit, more interested in virtue signaling to their media buddies than actually getting to the bottom of the scandals that never seem to touch their Hollywood friends and globalist donors. The American people want justice and transparency on Epstein—not more staged outrage from politicians hiding behind closed doors themselves.
While AG Pam Bondi and other DOJ heavy-hitters were prepared to answer tough questions about how these files have been handled and what comes next, the left just couldn’t handle it. Maybe they’re afraid of what honest answers might reveal. We all know how the left operates—the rules apply only to the other side, and the minute the script isn’t going their way, it’s meltdown mode.
This is just the latest example of Democrats pretending to be the party of the people while acting like spoiled elites. They’d rather play political games and make a scene than actually get answers on one of the biggest scandals of our time. If there’s nothing to hide, why so desperate to avoid the conversation? Or do they know exposure threatens their own club?
No matter how many times these liberals kick and scream, the American people are watching—and they’re sick of it. Real accountability starts when the adults in the room stay seated and demand answers, not when professional politicians rush for the cameras. If only the left worked half as hard for justice as they do for drama, maybe the truth about Epstein would already be out.
