Liberals side with criminals while El Salvador shows how to restore safety

While innocent people worry about their families and pray for safety, leftists keep making excuses for criminals. Just look at El Salvador, where the leaders are finally getting serious about law and order. Some call them harsh. Real Americans call them smart. Why? Because in countries all over the world, anywhere from 20% to 63% of criminals go right back to crime after getting out of jail. The so-called experts call this “recidivism”—but anyone with common sense calls it a disaster.

If there’s even a 1% chance that a murderer, rapist, or terrorist gets out of prison to destroy another life, that’s unacceptable. Yet, the political left acts like these criminals deserve endless chances to “change.” They love to talk about “rights”—but what about the rights of law-abiding people who just want to live in peace? These liberals don’t care. They’d rather shed tears for the felons than protect future victims.

Thanks to failed globalist policies, decent people everywhere are under attack. Liberals complain when a country like El Salvador cracks down on crime. They whine about “human rights” as if it’s cruel to actually punish the bad guys. Meanwhile, the real cruelty is against the hard-working, innocent families who pay the price every time some thug is let loose on the streets.

Why do the so-called progressives always side with the criminals? Is it because they’re soft? Or is it just their way to look “compassionate” while hiding from reality and their own responsibility? Either way, their priorities are clear—and tragically, the victims pay for it.

Civil society depends on justice and consequences. Giving hardened criminals “another chance” is a slap in the face to everyone who follows the rules. When leftists decide the rights of attackers matter more than those of potential victims, that’s not progress—that’s lunacy. Maybe it’s time America took some notes from El Salvador—and started putting public safety above liberal fantasies.
