Republican Revolt as Pentagon Demands 200 Billion for New Iran War

Something is rotten when even Republican lawmakers are breaking ranks and sounding the alarm. Rumors are swirling that the Pentagon wants another $200 billion to throw at the Iran conflict. Yes, that’s billion—with a B. And while Democrats and their media cheerleaders might shrug at runaway spending, true conservatives see red flags all over this latest scheme.

Let’s be clear. America is already twenty trillion dollars in debt—and counting. Families are struggling at home while our so-called leaders in Washington seem obsessed with funding endless foreign wars. Now the Pentagon wants to slap American taxpayers with a jaw-dropping bill, all to police another volatile corner of the world. This is the price of failed liberal priorities: endless intervention overseas while our own infrastructure rots.

Where are the Democrats now? Suddenly, the same people who pretend to care about peace are content to watch taxpayer dollars vanish into another Middle Eastern nightmare. Their hypocrisy is stunning. While they push open borders and woke policies on our children, they’re ready to sign blank checks for foreign adventurism. It’s America last, every single time.

Meanwhile, globalist elites are likely rubbing their hands, sensing new profits and power. For them, these endless conflicts are just opportunities to funnel more money and influence out of American pockets and into their own. They’ll tell you it’s for “national security”—but whose security are they really guarding? Not yours. Not your family’s. Certainly not Main Street America.

Republican lawmakers aren’t perfect, but at least some see this for what it is—a reckless giveaway masquerading as patriotism. Conservatives have to stand up against this insanity. If the swamp gets its way, Americans will once again be left picking up the pieces, paying the bills, and burying our sons and daughters. So here’s the real question: when will our leaders finally start putting America—not Iran, not the globalists—first?
