This time, it’s Representative Veronica Escobar from Texas who’s dodging responsibility for a scandal swirling around her own office. While border communities struggle with waves of illegal immigration, one of Escobar’s senior staffers apparently cooked up a shocking scheme: sneaking into an ICE facility by pretending to be a licensed attorney—at least eleven separate times.
That’s not just a “whoopsie.” That’s brazen contempt for the rule of law. Instead of following basic legal procedures, Escobar’s team decided to play dress-up and barge into a government building—no credentials, just chutzpah. And it gets worse: phones, which are strictly banned in these secure facilities, were smuggled in under this fake lawyer cover. Why would anyone need to sneak in phones—unless they’re up to something shady?
Democratic leaders like Escobar never stop harping about fairness and “the rule of law” when it suits their agenda. But when their own team gets caught faking legal status just to access illegal immigrants, suddenly it’s crickets. If this had happened inside a Republican office, you’d see wall-to-wall coverage, outrage mobs marching in the streets, and calls for resignations. But when it’s a Democrat enabling chaos at the border, suddenly “oversight” vanishes.
Let’s stop pretending this is some honest mistake. This is the real Democratic agenda—rules for thee, but not for me. Open borders, backdoor deals, and a total lack of respect for the hardworking law enforcement officers keeping our country safe. While Texas communities get overrun and taxpayers foot the bill, Washington Democrats keep finding new ways to help illegal immigrants cut the line.
Americans don’t need more smooth talk or cover-ups—we need leaders who take our safety and our laws seriously. So here’s the question: How many more laws will Democrat politicians and their staff break for their open borders dream before voters say enough is enough?
