Liberals put Big Tech profits over child safety while predators stalk your kids online

Parents are losing sleep. Kids are dying. And the left just keeps dragging their feet. America’s children are being hunted online like prey, and lawmakers are finally starting to wake up. There’s a push in Congress, largely fueled by Sammy’s Law, to crack down on the monsters who prey on our kids over social media. After a 16-year-old boy was targeted through Snapchat and lost his life to drugs, you would think every politician—regardless of party—would rush to protect families. But as usual, liberal elites are more worried about tech company profits and “user privacy” than saving children’s lives.

The story is simple and terrifying. Drug dealers, sexual predators, and who knows what else are contacting kids directly, right through their phones. The algorithms know kids are vulnerable. The predators know which platforms are unregulated. Big Tech shrugs and cashes in while reckless Democrats talk circles about “rights” and “global community standards.” Who cares about standards when families are burying their sons and daughters?

It shouldn’t take a bipartisan movement and a dead teenager to demand some basic accountability. Our government can track every penny you spend, but can’t stop anonymous creeps from messaging your kid in the middle of the night? Give me a break. Conservatives have warned for years about the dangers lurking on social media, but the left is too busy clutching their pearls about “online freedom” and shoveling more power to Silicon Valley.

Liberal politicians talk tough on child safety, but are all bark and no bite. They bow to Big Tech—those same globalist billionaires making dirty money while pretending to be woke. How many more American children need to die before we put our own first? Where’s the outrage from the “kids in cages” crowd now that it’s happening in every suburban home with WiFi?

If your freedom means my child isn’t safe, then it’s time to rethink whose rights matter most. Maybe instead of defending the rights of mega-corporations and foreign influencers, our lawmakers should start defending America’s families. Or does that just make too much sense for the liberal brain trust in Washington?
