Delta finally boots Congress out of the airport fast lane over TSA chaos

For too long, America’s lawmakers have enjoyed life above the rules. While ordinary citizens suffer through endless airport security lines and travel delays, members of Congress often skate by with special perks and backdoor privileges. That two-tier system is exactly what Delta Air Lines just decided to kick to the curb.

Let’s be clear: this all traces back to the standoff created by liberal politicians. The TSA shutdown fiasco is not some random accident – it’s the latest mess cooked up by Democrats who love holding the rest of us hostage, just to score another political point. Regular Americans are the ones who suffer most when security screeches to a halt and chaos takes over at our airports. Yet, somehow, the politicians who caused the mess are used to jumping the line.

Not anymore. Delta, based in Atlanta, has finally grown a backbone. They’re suspending the fancy, members-only service desk that used to give Congress a shortcut. Now our so-called “leaders” are about to find out what the rest of us put up with thanks to their own bungling. Maybe if they had to sweat it out in the airport chaos they created, they’d actually try fixing things for a change.

This is exactly the sort of hard dose of reality the ruling class needs. The ruling elites who spend all day dreaming up new ways to lecture the rest of us about “equality” and “fairness” love to keep their own privileges untouched. Funny how the same politicians who complain about “privilege” are always first in line to demand their own.

The truth is, Americans are sick of the double standards. The TSA disaster is just the latest symptom of a government run by out-of-touch elites who break the country and then duck the consequences. Maybe it’s time to take away more of their perks until they remember who they’re supposed to serve. Is it really too much to ask that Congress waits in line with the rest of us—especially for problems they themselves created?
