Iran Doubles Down on Brutality While Biden’s America Looks the Other Way—How Much Will We Tolerate?

Iran is at it again, proving to the world that hardliners and thugs rise to the top when chaos strikes. After their top security boss was wiped out in a deadly attack last week, the regime moved lightning fast to fill the power vacuum. Now, instead of pressing for any sort of peace or reform, Tehran handed the job to Mohammad Baqer Zolqadr—a man known for iron-fisted crackdowns and zero tolerance for dissent. This is the opposite of stability. It’s the classic playbook of dictators and bullies.

While the Biden administration wrings its hands and pushes empty statements, Iran isn’t wasting a second to double down on brutality. Washington’s weakness gives these regimes permission to act however they want. When Democrats beg for diplomacy and make excuses for every adversary, America’s enemies see it as an open invitation. They don’t respect the so-called “rules-based order.” They don’t fear the “international community.” They fear force. And right now, they see none coming from the West.

Let’s not kid ourselves: promoting a hardline security veteran is no accident. It’s a message. Iran wants the world to know that if you hurt them—even their brutal bosses—they’ll just find someone tougher, meaner, and more loyal to the regime’s extremist goals. This is not about justice. It’s about keeping power by any means necessary. And it shows just how clueless our liberal elites have been, thinking appeasement ever worked with these murderers.

How many times do we have to watch these tyrants get bolder every time America backs down? Globalists and left-wing think tanks keep saying, “Let’s give peace a chance.” Meanwhile, Iran keeps plotting violence, threatening freedom, and crushing its own people. If anyone still believes that dialogue with Tehran will bring stability, they’re living in a fantasy world of unicorns and rainbows.

Why aren’t more people furious about this? Instead, the media yawns, busy chasing the next Trump “scandal” or Hunter Biden laptop coverup. America needs leaders who confront evil, not make excuses for it. The question isn’t whether Iran will get more dangerous now; the question is, when will the West get serious about stopping it?
