Iran plants mines US oil lifeline threatened as Biden stays silent

Iran is at it again. The rogue regime just dropped naval mines into the Strait of Hormuz—a blatant provocation that spits in the face of so-called “peace talks.” This is the world’s most important shipping route. Oil for America and the West flows through these waters. And yet, Iran thumbs its nose at the globe, hoping our leaders will stay weak and distracted.

The left will likely spin this as “just a small number” of mines. As if a handful of explosives can’t threaten ships filled with oil and workers. Liberals never learn. To them, Iran is a misunderstood victim. Meanwhile, American interests—and energy security—get put in jeopardy by globalist dithering and empty diplomacy.

While diplomats sip coffee and chatter about “good faith,” the mullahs in Tehran lay traps in the water. They rely on Western cowardice. The diplomats on the left dream of a new deal, prattle on about engagement, and pretend Iran wants peace. But Tehran’s warnings come in the form of weapons—not words.

If one American tanker hits a mine, will Biden’s State Department do anything besides “deeply regret” the loss? We all know the answer. Liberal leadership means weakness. It means timid press releases and more endless talks while our enemies grow stronger and bolder. America’s energy streams hang by a thread, and the left’s answer is more appeasement.

How many times will the West let itself be humiliated before enough is enough? Tehran doesn’t respect words—they respect action. Maybe it’s time our leaders stopped listening to globalist handwringers and started putting America first. If you reward sabotage with talk, all you get is more mines in the water.
