Israel is finally standing up for itself and saying enough is enough. The Jewish state is looking to ban Rama Duwaji—the wife of far-left New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani—from setting foot in the country, and frankly, it’s about time. Duwaji has built her reputation on spewing anti-Israel venom and celebrating terrorist attacks like the brutal October 7 massacre, where innocent Israelis were slaughtered by Hamas. It’s absolutely outrageous that radical activists like her think there should be no consequences for their unapologetic support of terrorists.
Duwaji isn’t just another social media loudmouth; she’s made a career out of attacking Israel and playing footsie with some of the most depraved extremists on the planet. When Israelis were murdered and women were raped by Hamas, she openly cheered on the violence and dismissed reports of atrocities as “hoaxes.” Her so-called “art” is nothing but propaganda that accuses Israel of genocide and ethnic cleansing, all while she ignores the real perpetrators of violence in Gaza. She’s even contributed illustrations for authors who go so far as to call Jews “vampires” and “parasites.” Does that sound like someone deserving of a red carpet welcome anywhere—let alone the only Jewish nation on earth?
The best part? She hasn’t even tried to visit Israel! The only reason for all this uproar is Israel making it clear: they won’t sit back and let their enemies walk right in the front door. The Ministry responsible for fighting antisemitism got it exactly right—Duwaji represents a new moral low. There’s no reason Israelis should be forced to tolerate blatant antisemitism, especially not from the inner circle of New York’s own radical mayor.
Meanwhile, Mamdani himself acts clueless, pretending his wife’s hateful rants are somehow not relevant to his public office. Typical liberal double standard: preach tolerance at home, then turn a blind eye when your inner circle supports the worst kind of hatred abroad. New York’s anti-Israel crowd is always ready to jump in front of a camera and play the victim, even as antisemitic incidents in their own city are soaring. The numbers tell the story—attacks on Jews in New York and across the U.S. are not just up a bit; they’re exploding. That’s not a coincidence, and everyone knows it.
The left’s hypocrisy is on full display. Imagine the outrage if the spouse of a conservative mayor excused terror attacks or denied women’s suffering. The mainstream media would lose their minds. But when it’s a darling of the radical woke crowd? Suddenly, it’s freedom of speech and artistic expression. Israel is showing real leadership by drawing a line in the sand. Maybe it’s time American officials learned to do the same. Isn’t it about time we stopped making excuses for the poison coming from the anti-American, anti-Israel far-Left?
