Biden era rocked as Department of Education begins shutting down for good

America is finally witnessing something conservatives have demanded for decades—a real plan to shrink the federal government and take back power from bloated, useless agencies. The Department of Education, that monster of wasted taxpayer dollars and liberal brainwashing, is actually taking steps to close its own doors. That’s right: student lending is being stripped away from the swamp creatures at the Department of Education and handed to the Treasury, a move that could finally cripple the leftist machine that has run our schools into the ground.

For years, the Department of Education has done nothing but push failed progressive policies. Instead of focusing on reading, writing, and math, they’ve buried our kids in woke propaganda and identity politics. Parents have had enough. Conservatives told the truth while liberals wasted billions on useless programs. Now, by shifting power to the Treasury, there’s finally a shot at putting an end to reckless student loan schemes designed to trap young Americans in government debt.

The left always screams about “historic progress” whenever they’re spending more money or handing out freebies. But this is real historic progress—the kind that means less waste, fewer bureaucrats, and more Americans calling the shots. Of course, the liberals won’t celebrate this. They’d rather keep their hands on your wallet and your kids’ minds. Shutting down the Department of Education strips them of their favorite weapon for indoctrination.

Let’s be honest—global elites and their Democrat foot soldiers have always wanted to control what your children learn. That’s the entire point of a massive federal education department. They want a country that obeys, not one that thinks for itself. By starting the process of shutting down this failed agency, America is taking a bold stand against top-down control and restoring real accountability.

Will this finally free our schools from woke nonsense and government failure? Maybe it’s just the first step, but it’s long overdue. The Department of Education never should have existed in the first place. It’s about time Americans remembered who really owns our schools—parents, teachers, and local communities. When government shrinks, freedom grows. Isn’t it time we made this the norm, not the exception?
