Once again, the Biden administration proves to the world just how clueless it really is. After announcing a so-called “15-point peace proposal” to Iran—sent in the most cowardly way possible, through Pakistani go-betweens—the only shocking thing about Iran’s response is how predictable it was. Iran has laughed in our faces and thrown out the plan entirely, shamelessly tossing back a much weaker, watered-down five-point list of its own demands. This is what happens when America leads from behind.
Anyone with half a brain could see this coming a mile away. Iran’s mullahs don’t want peace, certainly not on American terms. They just got slapped by Operation Epic Fury, and instead of begging for mercy or agreeing to a real deal, they do what all bullies do—push back with their own non-starter offer. This is the reward for years of Obama-Biden groveling—now, the few Iranian leaders still standing think America is a joke.
It’s embarrassing to watch liberals trip over themselves trying to play peacemaker with regimes that openly hate us. Handing over long lists of demands, only to be humiliated and ignored, shows weakness. Iran smells blood in the water every time some globalist diplomat speaks about “restoring diplomacy” or “finding common ground.” Do these people ever learn? Terrorists, dictators, and America-haters don’t want talks. They want victory. And weak American leadership delivers every time.
So let’s get this straight: the White House offered a 15-step “peace plan,” hoping for applause and maybe a photo op, and got slapped down so fast, it’s hard to believe anyone in charge expected anything else. Iran’s five-point counteroffer isn’t a compromise—it’s a mockery. The Biden team looks desperate and powerless, and our enemies can see it.
You can bet the globalists will spin this as “progress” or urge patience, but Americans know better. Peace through strength works; bowing to tyrants guarantees more of the same. How much longer must our country’s reputation be dragged through the mud by liberal dreamers who refuse to accept reality? Maybe it’s time to stop begging Iran for peace and start putting America first again. Isn’t that what real leadership looks like?
