California Governor Gavin Newsom spins himself as the golden boy of the Democrat Party, the media’s darling, and the hope of the globalist elite. But peel back the carefully crafted image and you’ll find a politician who can’t stop embarrassing himself and his state with ugly, spiteful attacks on anyone who refuses to play along with his power games.
While Americans struggle with rising crime, soaring costs, and decaying streets, Newsom isn’t busy fixing California’s problems. Instead, he’s channeling his energy into crude public insults against President Trump and even independent journalists trying to expose political fraud. His comments, ranging from tasteless jokes about European leaders to reckless threats of violence, show a man more interested in stoking Twitter mobs than leading a world-class state.
But why does Newsom get away with it? The answer is simple: big media, obsessed with his slick hair and fancy suits, never ask hard questions about his actions. You’ll never see the press analyze his record or hold him accountable for comments that would have destroyed a conservative politician in seconds. Instead, they plaster his face across their magazines and fawn over him as if good looks can fix California’s mess.
Newsom’s latest stunt was especially pathetic. He fired off a childish tweet aimed at a young journalist, smearing him with crude innuendo just for doing his job. Not satisfied, he then bragged about wanting to punch the former President, and tried to “relate” to black voters with tone-deaf stories about his own academic failures. It’s obvious Newsom will say anything, no matter how reckless or offensive, to keep himself in the liberal spotlight.
What does all this really prove? Democrats don’t care about substance or leadership. They just want someone willing to shout the loudest against Donald Trump, no matter how ridiculous or divisive they sound. They’ll prop up anyone who promises to fight their battles for them—even if that person’s only talent is shameless grandstanding.
If Gavin Newsom is the best the left has to offer, it’s no wonder California is falling apart. Americans deserve a leader, not a performer obsessed with selfies and soundbites. The real question is: how long will voters let Democrat hacks get away with this clown show?
