Chinese criminal scams Florida seniors while politicians look the other way

Yet again, the American justice system is picking up the pieces after our nation’s weak immigration policies let another dangerous foreign criminal target our most vulnerable citizens. This time, it’s a Chinese national living comfortably in Apopka, Florida, charged for scheming with criminals back in China to rob seniors of their hard-earned savings. While liberals talk endlessly about “compassion” for foreigners, real Americans are left asking: Who’s showing compassion for the elderly victims living in assisted living homes, getting preyed upon by international fraudsters on U.S. soil?

Here’s the truth: Xin Liu, an H-1B visa holder, didn’t just come here to work. She conspired across borders, exploited the elderly through high-tech tricks and phone scams, then hit the road across Florida to pick up cash packages worth almost $100,000. Liu wasn’t some clueless pawn—she counted the money herself, kept her cut, and delivered the rest to her partners overseas. While retirees tried to enjoy their golden years, these criminals plotted in broad daylight, proving our immigration system rewards rule-breakers not law-abiding citizens.

The liberal elite love their open borders. They’ll tell you that guest workers are the backbone of our economy, that more “diversity” makes us safer and richer. But who pays when bad actors slip through? American families do—especially our elderly. Each new scam like this is a slap in the face to every taxpayer who expects the government to put safety before globalist pipedreams. Where is the outrage from the mainstream media? Where are the calls from Democrat politicians to put America’s seniors first?

Even when criminals are caught, the response is often too little, too late. Liu could face up to 20 years—then she’ll likely be deported, at further cost to the taxpayer. But how many more slip through the cracks, thanks to bureaucratic incompetence and an immigration system more interested in quotas than common sense? Washington bureaucrats love to talk about “tolerance” and “opportunity,” but their policies make it open season for foreign grifters.

Let’s make one thing crystal clear: America’s seniors should never be left defenseless against foreign theft. It’s long past time for politicians to stop bowing to the globalist agenda, close immigration loopholes, and put Americans first. Will the next scammer get the same red carpet welcome from the left as this one did? Or will voters finally stand up and demand law and order over liberal chaos?
