The radical left just can’t help themselves. In Minneapolis, we see another so-called “movement” fueled by activist hysteria, now taking aim at the brave men and women enforcing our immigration laws. Instead of showing respect for law and order, we have agitators like the woman who was front and center alongside Alex Pretti during that chaotic standoff with federal officers. Now, after Pretti’s tragic death, these same activists are parading in front of the cameras, looking to cash in on “excessive force” claims with talk of a class action lawsuit.
Here’s what the mainstream media won’t tell you: these demonstrations don’t happen in a vacuum. They are carefully staged by left-wing groups who want nothing more than to undermine America’s borders and weaken law enforcement. The liberal lawyers circling this incident aren’t championing justice. They’re looking for their next big payday and a new platform to demonize those who protect us.
Of course, when things don’t go the protestors’ way, it’s never their fault. It’s always the officers, the system, or “America” that’s to blame. The facts are clear—federal agents are tasked with enforcing immigration laws that keep our communities safe. If you choose to get in their way, there are consequences. But in today’s upside-down world, personal responsibility is optional for leftist activists.
Let’s not pretend this is about civil rights or fairness. This is about undermining the rule of law to push a radical, open borders agenda. Minnesota has already seen what happens when you tie the hands of law enforcement: crime soars, trust crumbles, and families suffer. Who pays the price? Everyday Americans just trying to live in peace.
At some point, the country has to ask: when will liberals stop weaponizing tragedy to attack the very institutions that keep us safe and free? The loudest voices against the officers are the same ones who want amnesty for all and no-checks at our border. Maybe if these activists cared half as much about American security as they do about photo ops and lawsuits, Minneapolis—and the nation—would be a safer place to live.
