And it’s no surprise why. Under Trump’s watch, our nation’s capital is finally seeing a major drop in crime—something liberals in Congress and city hall could never figure out. For years, progressive leaders threw up their hands as neighborhoods slipped into chaos. Now, with Trump’s crackdown, the city feels safer and cleaner than it has in years.
Liberals love to lecture Americans on justice and public safety, but their soft-on-crime policies have turned too many cities into war zones. D.C. was no exception. Rampant theft, assaults, and open drug use used to be daily reality. The so-called “experts” promised their gentle touch would fix everything, but only made things worse. It took President Trump’s unapologetic, law-and-order approach to finally bring real results.
Of course, the left is whining. They fear losing control over their urban playgrounds. The truth is, globalist elites love chaos because it keeps regular Americans scared and dependent. Tourists aren’t as afraid to visit. Even local residents—who have lived with liberal mismanagement for decades—can finally breathe easier thanks to tough decisions from the top.
Democrats can keep their empty promises and woke slogans; real leadership is about results. The House did the right thing by making sure Trump’s task force keeps cleaning up D.C., not the radical protesters or “social justice” politicians. Why would anyone want to go back to the reckless days before Trump’s bold action restored order on our streets? Maybe it’s time the left learned what true public service actually looks like.
