Once again, the activist judges are lining up to kneecap bold, common-sense policies that protect America. This time, a federal judge decided to block the Trump administration’s ban on using Anthropic’s artificial intelligence tool, Claude. That means the government can now go crawling back to a left-wing tech company for AI help, with court approval. Law-abiding Americans are supposed to accept this as fair and legal? Give us a break.
The Trump team saw the obvious dangers of letting foreign-backed tech companies get their claws into our federal agencies. They stood up to the cozy relationship between globalist Silicon Valley titans and bloated government. Now, because one judge thinks he knows best, bureaucrats and contractors are free to chase after the latest shiny AI toy from Anthropic—no questions asked.
Liberals love to cry about “democracy,” but when that democracy produces leaders who actually try to put America First, the left turns to activist courts. The judge didn’t care about the risks of untested, powerful AI running wild inside our government. He didn’t care about the threat to American jobs or sensitive data. He cared about giving Big Tech another victory lap, plain and simple.
Let’s be real: This judge just handed globalist tech companies a blank check to run their algorithms inside our government offices. Who vouched for Anthropic? Who demanded guarantees of national security or accountability? As usual, the left wants Americans to trust the “experts”—the same experts who outsource our secrets, spy on citizens, and push woke nonsense.
America didn’t get stronger by bending over for every glitzy tech startup that promises progress, then delivers censorship and job losses. The Trump administration tried to slam the door on these risky tools. If the left and their activist judges want to toss American security in the trash, they should have the guts to defend it out loud. What’s next—letting China pick our next government AI, too?
