Once again, the chaos at our southern border is taking a deadly turn—this time, with a Border Patrol agent facing charges for allegedly handcuffing and strangling a migrant, and then trying to cover it up by hiding body camera evidence. It doesn’t get much uglier than this, folks. But let’s not kid ourselves about who’s responsible for the mess in the first place. Thanks to years of reckless liberal policies, America’s border agents are working under impossible conditions, thrown under the bus and forced to clean up the disasters Washington, DC’s open-borders crowd creates.
The Left cries about “compassion” for migrants, but what do their weak policies breed? Chaos, violence, and now even accusations of murder at the hands of those sworn to uphold the law. How are officers supposed to do their jobs when they’re stuck between out-of-control border crossings and a political class bent on demonizing anyone in a uniform? These progressive pushers of amnesty want to flood America with illegal immigrants, but they never accept responsibility for the consequences.
Instead, they demand endless investigations when things go wrong—never once stopping to ask how their own anti-law enforcement rhetoric poisons the entire system. Now, a Border Patrol agent finds himself in the crosshairs, not just from prosecutors but from politicians hoping for another photo op to bash cops and push another agenda.
Let’s be clear: If proven true, what this agent did is completely unacceptable. No conservative is cheering for brute force, murder, or cover-ups. But the root cause here is a broken immigration system rotted out by years of globalist negligence and deliberate sabotage from Democrats and their NGO allies. The border is lawless because our lawmakers refuse to back our men and women in green.
So as the mainstream media howl about one officer’s crime, maybe they should take a good, hard look at the radical policies that make officers’ jobs so dangerous and volatile. When will the Left admit they broke the border in the name of “compassion”? How many more tragedies do we have to see before they finally put America’s safety first?
